Terms & Conditions

GENERAL

These conditions apply to all sales through this, the ACQUA LIMONE, online shop. Before making a purchase, the customer is asked to read these conditions in full. The customer is authorized to print and save them. For any further information, the customer may contact ACQUA LIMONE on info@yellowtrading.se. For each purchase order, the customer declares having read and accepted these conditions in full. The conditions may be amended by ACQUA LIMONE as required. Any amendments shall take effect at the time of their publication on the online shop. No waivers or modifications of these conditions are binding, unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of ACQUA LIMONE.

“We” refers to ACQUA LIMONE, as represented by YellowTrading AB, official lincensee of Acqua Limone; “customer” and “you” refer to the person who places the order on this online shop, the person who makes the payment, the person who receives the goods and/or.the addressee; “product,” “item,” “garment,” or “goods” refer to the products shown in the online shop, sold by us or bought by the customer.

ACQUA LIMONE is a worldwide registered brand name licensed in Sweden to YellowTrading AB; org. no. 559438-6798.

Please note that we can neither receive goods nor distribute goods from our headquarters. For returns under the Return Policy or claims under the Guarantee Policy, please read under the respective section below to learn how to proceed. Corporate clients and suppliers, please contact us for instructions.

PRODUCTS

Most of our products are “garment washed” which is the reason for certain, rather special, irregularities. Therefore it is absolutely natural that the products in the ACQUA LIMONE line vary in appearance between each other. Our experience shows that homogeneity cannot be guaranteed.

We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that the “used” look of many if our garments is one of the typical characteristics in the ACQUA LIMONE line.

Note that sizes may also vary between different products so please pay attention to the measurements when such are provided. All garments can be stretched to increase the size if pulled when wet.

To make the most out of your product we recommend:

  • wash separately, inside out

  • remove safety pins before wash, when such are present

  • do not expose to sunlight to avoid colour variation

  • if the product is printed, do not iron on the print

Pictures may not exactly reflect a products true appearance. This may be because the picture was taken of a size where the proportions are not the same as the one you purchased or because of limitations in the camera or the computer screen’s ability to show the true colors.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

Every product is shown including tax. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, taxes, shipping and method of payment.

Prices and final invoices are shown in Swedish Krona (SEK.)

For deliveries outside of Sweden the prices published on the website are always intended exclusive of:

  • any taxes and/or duties applicable to the sale

  • any customs taxes and/or duties

  • any further taxes and/or charges applicable to the delivery of the ordered products

The customer must pay all customs duties and taxes applicable in the country to which the products are delivered as well as any additional charges and costs in relation to the release of the products from customs.

DELIVERY

Products are delivered to the address specified by the customer upon submission of the purchase order.

Products available shall generally be dispatched as quickly as possible, normally within 2-3 days. The time until you receive your products shall only be a few days from shipping. Indicative delivery terms are displayed in the shopping cart.

Upon receipt of the products, the customer must ensure that the products comply in quantity and description to those ordered. The customer is asked to inspect the packaging carefully before signing for the delivery. If for any reason, the package looks tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event, that the customer finds evidence that the package has been tampered with, please contact us at info@yellowtrading.se.

Transport costs will be calculated according to the weight of the goods, or according to the weight/volume ratio and on the basis of the place of product delivery. This shall be stated both at the time of purchase and in subsequent confirmation messages.

If the package is not successfully delivered to the client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations), the package may risk being sent back to us at the client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Sweden. These fees will be deducted from any reimbursement.

Note that if we suspect fraud or any other unlawful behavior we have no obligation to execute the order or to make the delivery and shall be entitled to stop products under carriage. In case we have reason to question buyer’s ability to pay for delivered products, we shall be entitled to stop products under carriage unless the buyer makes advance payment for the delivery or grants security which can be accepted by us.

RETURN POLICY

You can return any purchased goods within 14 days from the day you received the goods. When you make your return, you are required to have a Return Number. To get a Return Number (EDI), please send us a mail at info@yellowtrading.se where you explain what you are returning and why. Also explain if you want a refund or replace the product. We advice you to keep your Return Number for future reference.

Place the ReturnId (EDI) that you order from info@yellowtrading.se at your order on the parcel and make sure to remove or cover the original delivery label. Please drop it off at your nearest BRING service point. Please remember responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us. We will refund you money when the package return. You will receive the refund, minus cost for return shipping (69 SEK), in the same payment method used for the purchase.

If the goods upon delivery are faulty, damaged or in any other way not consistent with the order and you wish to make a complaint, please read under Guarantee Policy below.

When returning a product which does not fall under the Guarantee Policy:

  • The product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you.

  • You must not have used the product, although you have the right to carefully open the package and investigate the product. If damage or harm is caused to a product while investigated the product does not qualify for the return policy.

  • The product must be returned in the same package(s) as it was delivered in and, in case it’s a garment, we ask you to fold it reasonably similar to how it was folded when you received it. This is to prevent the goods from being damaged during the shipment and to simplify our assessment of the return.

  • Enclose a copy of the original packing slip, your Return Number, your name and your contact details.

 Returning a product is to be done at your expense. Returned products are to be sent as prepaid letters or postal packages. In case of a replacement, we will pay for the delivery of the replacement product

Note: Please do not send any returns to our headquarters. You will receive correct shipping instructions along with your Return Number.

Swimwear can not be returned after unpacking.

If the return is in compliance with our return policy, we will replace the product, if this is your wish, or refund you what you have paid for the product, as soon as possible, but latest within 30 days after we have received the returned product.

GUARANTEE POLICY

ACQUA LIMONE guarantees that the products purchased from us on-line are free from flaws; free from defects in materials and in workmanship, and that they comply with the sales agreement. Any product flaws or non-conformities must be notified by the customer in a timely manner. If an article upon delivery is faulty, damaged or in any other way not consistent with the order, please contact us immediately.

If you want to make a complaint under the Guarantee Policy, kindly contact us via email at info@yellowtrading.se, explaining that you want to make a complaint under the Guarantee Policy, the reasons for the complaint and which product it concerns. Enclose your contact details (name, address and phone number) and we will send you an return id (EDI) which you shall use to return the goods, Please drop it off at your nearest DHL service point.You will also receive a Return Number, which we advice you to keep for future reference.

Please remember responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us. We will refund you money when the package return . You will receive the refund, minus cost for return shipping, in the same payment method used for the purchase.

Note: Please do not send any returns to our headquarters. You will receive a prepaid return id with the correct address.

When returning a product under the Guarantee Policy:

  • The product must be returned in the existing packaging which you have received from us

  • In case it’s a garment, we kindly ask you to fold it carefully to prevent further damage from the shipping and to simplify our assessment of whether the garment qualifies for the Guarantee policy.

  • If possible, please mark the defect with a piece of masking tape to simplify our assessment of whether the garment qualifies for the Guarantee policy.

  • Enclose a copy of the receipt from the purchase, your Return Number, your name and your contact details.

 If ACQUA LIMONE determines that the complaint falls under our Guarantee Policy we will either replace the product or repair it. All determinations made by us will be within our sole discretion and will be final.

Excluded from coverage under the Guarantee Policy are the following:

  • Products purchased other than from the ACQUA LIMONE, online shop.

  • Damage resulting from abuse, misuse or beyond normal wear and tear.

  • Damage resulting from not adhering to the recommended garment care instructions.

ACQUA LIMONE manages this online shop and its contents. This includes, but is not limited to, logotypes, documentation, images, characters, design, music, software, codes and format scripts. The material included in this online shop is protected by copyright. Reproduction, modification, transmission, re-publication and/or re-distribution to third parties for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited without the express written consent from ACQUA LIMONE.

PRIVACY POLICY

When ordering a product you will be asked to fill in your name and contact details. At purchase you agree to that ACQUA LIMONE keeps this information for the purpose of facilitating future communication. ACQUA LIMONE commits to keep the information confidential. You have the right to know the information ACQUA LIMONE has registered about you and you may ask to have it corrected or removed. If this is the case please contact us by e-mail.

Depending on chosen method of payment you will be asked to fill out your credit card number or further personal information; ACQUA LIMONE does not save such information.

FORCE MAJEURE

ACQUA LIMONE is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labor conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements’ obligations.
