Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy lasts for 14 days, meaning you have 14 days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

For Swedish customers, our prepaid return label is available, and a shipping fee of 69 SEK will be deducted from your refund. Once we receive your returned package, we will process your refund (minus the 69 SEK return fee) via the original payment method.

For returns from outside Sweden, customers are responsible for shipping the items back at their own expense. Please use a traceable shipping method and send to:

Damages and Issues Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can address and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Underwear and swimwear can not be returned after unpacking.

Note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will inform you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Be aware that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
