How long until my order is dispatched?
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Processing times may vary due to production schedules and high order volumes.
Can I change my shipping information after placing an order?
Once an order is completed, we cannot change the shipping address unless it’s a minor spelling adjustment. If needed, we can:
- Hold the stock for up to two weeks.
- Cancel the order, allowing you to repurchase with the correct details.
- Refund your original payment. Refunds are instant with PayPal or Apple Pay and may take up to 10 days with a credit/debit card.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with tracking details. Some shipping partners may also provide a one-hour delivery window.
Order Status Explanations
- Processing – Payment received, stock allocated, order pending fulfillment.
- Completed – Order has been shipped and fulfilled.
- On-Hold – Payment pending, stock reserved.
- Cancelled – Order cancelled (by admin or customer), no further action needed.
- Refunded – Order has been refunded.
- Partially Refunded – Some items refunded, remaining items will still be shipped.
